A Bit About Me

Hello There! I'm Gina Marie. I'm a born & raised Southern California girl, relocated to the mid-west small town of Minot, North Dakota. I've spent 15 years in this frozen tundra, & although I am far from my natural family, the friends I have made here are true through & through.

I'm a mom of 3 & wife of 1. All 4 of my children keep me on my toes. My favorite book is Fahrenheit 451. My only sibling is my sister, who is 7 years older than I am. I always need a straw in my cup & usually extra ice. Purple is my favorite color. One of my favorite places on this planet is Mammoth, California. I have green eyes. I love books & nail polish, though I don't make time to read or polish my nails like I did when I was young. I love cooking. I cannot bake to save my life. My grandma passed away when I was 15, but I still ask her for advice when I find myself struggling to know the way. I love vacuum lines on carpet. I love pictures of sunrises- I'm rarely up early enough to see them myself. Sunsets are my favorite & I'm always awake for those. When it comes to tea, it should be iced & unsweet. I'm a die-hard Raiders fan, win or lose. I have a Harley in my garage. Only bribery gets me on that thing. I play on a women's rec volleyball team and I bowl on a Sunday night league. My kids are amazing- full disclosure- they did not pay me to say that. One of my all-time favorite gifts was a camera my husband bought me. Nana's porch with my dearest friend of 26 years will always be a special place. Grease, Grumpier Old Men, Fools Rush In, Second Hand Lions, Twelve Angry Men, The Truman Show, & Gnomeo & Juliet are some of my absolute favorite movies. Tobey Maguire will always be the best Spider-Man. I am a firm believer in the power of Christmas magic and childhood imagination. Owls, humming birds, horses & turtles are probably my favorite animals, but if my local pet store ever has a dragon for sale, I'll own one! So enough about me. I'm looking forward to learning more about you!
